Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to my guests I kindly send out reminder emails 48 hours prior to a booked appointment and ask that should a cancellation or date change be necessary I receive a minimum of 24 hours notice. As I realize that life happens, I extend a free pass to all first time cancellations that fall within less than the 24 .All future cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% charge of the services booked.
